Delivery time frames vary depending on the service selected at checkout and the carrier.
After purchase, the item is sent with the designated carrier within 1-3 business days.
We use Australia Post, Aramex and Couriers Please for the delivery of items sold via our eBay channel (Please view options at checkout and ensure PO Boxes are not used for any courier deliveries). Any stock delays will be communicated by noting "Pending Dispatch" as a status update.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure your bedding looks beautiful for many, many washes, please follow the following care instructions:
* Machine wash on cold water and gentle cycle.
* Wash it inside out.
* Do not wash it with any other items, bedding must be washed on its own.
* If you have different colours of beddings wash them separately.
* Don't use fabric softener.
* Air Dry. Don't tumble dry.
IMPORTANT : Please be careful opening and closing zippers (specially the fluffy bedding), the fabric may get stuck in the zipper. Patiently remove any fluff from the zipper and gently open / close it to avoid and use damage.
RETURNS
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Orders can only be exchanged.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item.
Please note important points:
* Before you return your item, you must send an email to get your return approved. hello@beddingforall.com.au
* Your bedding must not have been washed or used and must be returned in the original packaging. This allows us to resell your unwanted bedding.
* Package must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
* Once we receive it , we will inspect and if there's any sign of wear or damage not reported refund will be waived.
* We will issue a store credit and deduct $25 AUD. This is to cover the freight cost that we paid to delivery the bedding to you.
* A unique code will be generated as store credit and it will be valid for 6 months from the code issue date.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer you a refund for sizing, fit, change of mind, or returns. For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
FAULTS:
According to ACCC laws, there is a major failure with a product when: you would not have purchased it had you known about the problem/it is significantly different from the description/sample or demonstration you were shown/it is substantially unfit for its normal purpose/it is unsafe for example damage such as obvious holes, missing buttons etc.
For purchases with major failures you are entitled to get a refund or an identical replacement.
Minor failures include small problems with products that do not fit into the major failure categories, for example, loose threads, uneven stitch, fabric getting stuck in the zippers trail or zipper coming off the trail. These are not included as a fault or failure.

Faulty, damaged or any other claims must be lodged within 5 days of delivery. Please closely inspect your item upon receiving it and before washing, as we will not accept returns or refunds for washed items.
Damages occurred after continued use (after one month of delivery date) will be up to Bedding For All discretion. We do not offer warranty due to wear and tear after past 1 month of delivery date, aside from consumer ACCC laws.
ORDER CANCELATIONS
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees.
Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed on the rare occasion, we are unable to do it free of charge.
We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
Should you wish to cancel your order, this must be done within 12 hours of placing the order to receive a refund.
Cancelled orders will incur a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
Unfortunately, after this, we cannot cancel the order.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed and all of the applicable fees listed above will be applied - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
DISCOUNT CODES
